This patient had fat removed from her waist, back, and abdomen. Dr. Gartner then transferred that fat to her buttocks. Dr. Gartner was able to giver her more fullness at the top and side of her butt by using the fat from from the other 3 areas where it was removed. She is now more rounded and projected while still having a natural look.
