2- Drink water 30 min before your meal, so your belly is full and you don’t end up eating too much..

4- When you eat, eat small quantity so your body digest it quickly. Eat 4 to 5 times a day..
5- stop eating when you have still more space to eat. It takes time for your belly to tell your brain you are full.
6- Try to do 15 to 30 minutes brisk walk. The key here is brisk walk not running and not walking slowly. Brisk walk help burn fats. I know you are busy but I think finding half an hour a day is not impossible.
