Non-Boring Method to Effectively Drill BJJ Techniques

Non-Boring Method to Effectively Drill BJJ Techniques Drilling is repeatedly talked about as one of the best things you can do for your Brazilian Jiu-jitsu game. It improves timing, speed, efficiency, etc.

But it can also be difficult because of the monotonous nature of it. Simply put, it can be boring sometimes. Especially for newcomers.

In this video I answer a BJJ question from Stephanie who is wanting to drill more of her Brazilian Jiujitsu techniques but she says her teammates don't enjoy it. They get bored.

To help her with her BJJ problem, in this video I share a way of drilling Jiu-jitsu techniques that isn't boring.

It's not boring because you set things up so that both people have a task. So if I'm sweeping you, you might be escaping. If I'm escaping you may be doing something else.

During the video I share a couple of simple drills you could use to give you an idea.

So if you're looking for a fun way to drill that doesn't bore you. Check out the options and ideas I share in the video and get to work!
