WoW Classic Update on Progressive Itemization - Blizzard's Decision

We got the final verdict on Blizzard's stance on Progressive Itemization for WoW Classic today. This is actually exactly what I thought would happen, and I talked about it on ClassiCast yesterday. But in this video we read the blue post and then go a little bit more in depth on it and hit on a few specific points.
