China announced on Friday it would establish an "unreliable entities" list. The list is for foreign companies, organizations or individuals who fail to obey market rules, and/or harm the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, said the Chinese Commerce Ministry. It aims at protecting the interests of Chinese companies, national security and the global multilateral trading system. Specific measures are expected to be announced soon. The ministry says the list is in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations including the Anti-trust law and Foreign Trade Laws.
