Coriander Green Chutney - Recipe | Amy's Cookhouse India is nothing without its chutneys! No matter where you go, you will always find a chutney to accompany anything you eat. Here is my version of super delicious and lip-smacking #Coriander #GreenChutney and here's the #recipe -

Coriander Green #Chutney

Ingredients:

- 1 bunch washed Coriander leaves
- 2 med size peeled and chopped Ginger
- 8-9 peeled Garlic Cloves
- 6-7 chopped Green Chillies
- 1 large lemon
- Salt as per taste (3tsp)
- Hing - about a pinch
- A blender machine to blend the mixture.

Method:

- In a blender add Coriander leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, salt, Hing and lastly, squeeze the lemon.
-In order to maintain the green color of the chutney, we add salt and lemon at the beginning itself. Also, for enhancing the flavor you may also add Mint leaves as an optional add on.
- Give a good mix to that with a spoon.
- Blend the whole mixture till it makes a smooth fine paste.
- If need be, you can add a little bit of water while blending for a smooth flowing consistency.
- Your Green Coriander Chutney is ready to serve.

You can serve this with various dishes like, #Fritters ( #Pakoda ), #sandwiches, #chaats, #Dhoklas, #Samosas or just eat it by itself.

This chutney will remain fresh for 1-2 weeks if stored in a refrigerator. And if you want to store for a longer period you can also store it in a deep freezer.
