Residents thrashed the lucky draw agent. Residents allege a company named 'Pragati' had sold them a coupon by receiving Rs650 assuring them of definite gift but the company failed to keep its promise. Lottery schemes are banned in the state. Victims allege company cheated customers to the tune of Rs 4 crore.
