Training total PR - New Clean and jerk PR, and matched Snatch PR 255 lb / 116 kg - Snatch
335 lb / 152 kg - Clean and jerk
590 lb / 267.6 kg - Total

This Friday training session went extremely well. I matched my best snatch. I didn't like missing 225 lb when I was warming up. It wasn't a bad lift. The rest of my lifts went really well. On my new clean and jerk PR, my elbows touched my knees on the clean, which would have made it not count in competition. But I'm still very happy with the lift and with my training on this day. Hopefully, I can keep progressing.
