Is Alan Wake 2 About To Be a PS5 Exclusive? Remedy Now Owns Rights to IP and Is Talking to Sony

We just found out that Remedy Entertainment now owns the publishing rights to the Alan Wake IP, they most likely bought it from Microsoft. This news comes not too long after we see Shuhei Yoshida visiting the studio and Developers from Remedy visiting Sony's studios. There has been a lot of speculation that Sony is trying to partner with Remedy to create a PlayStation exclusive or even maybe acquire the studio outright. You have to wonder where Remedy got the money to be able to buy back the publishing rights? Are we about to see Alan Wake 2 become a PS5 exclusive...that would be something.
