John had a birthday last year and I made vanilla cheese cake and what do you know - he had another one about the same time this year! What a coincidence!
This year I made the Birthday Cake from Christina Tosi - she was featured on The Chef's table on Netflix - the first season I think - I really like her enthusiastic style. Also - how is she so skinny?
It took me two days to make this cake. Yes - that long. But it is a fun cake and everyone who ate it enjoyed it.
The clips of music are from the royalty free things I can use - they are limited in number and appeal - but I try! they are called Dustbowl and Fireside
BUT!!!!! there is more music on this video that I did not intend! I listen to a YouTube channel by Jason Stephenson called Relax me Online - or some such name - I think that is right. He has all sorts of lovely relaxing music and I sometimes just have it on in the background - well - it is on sometimes in this video - I hope this doesn't mean YouTube will not allow me to post this! it's lovely and I heartily recommend it
