In reply to actress Madhabi Mukherjee's statement, Bangiya Chalachhitra Parishad held a press meet saying that the organization has the only objective to ensure that the artists live their life with due dignity. Over 126 jatra artist and 110 Tollywood artists joined BCP. "Madhabi di's statement was out from pressure. Our organization is apolitical and is no way linked with BJP. Anyone from any party can join us.",said one of the representative.
