5 Home Buying Myths (That aren't true)

5 Home Buying Myths (That aren't true) 5 Home Buying Myths

As with anything, there are several untrue myths associated with buying real estate. I’m here today to put those myths to rest and let you know the truth. Some of these home buying myths may have been true decades ago, however, none of these are true today.

I’m certain that there are many people out there (or at least some percentage) that may believe one or more of these myths, which could be holding them back from their dream of homeownership/ investing in property.

This video was shot in and around Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA. Bluemont Park is located in between the Boulevard Manor and Dominion Hills neighborhoods in N. Arlington. This park is one of many in Arlington that will connect you to the “Arlington Loop” network of trails which will take you all around North and South Arlington and into DC.

If there’s another myth that I didn’t address here or if there’s anything related to real estate that you’re curious about. Please feel free to reach out to me. I love what I do!
