Sup! My name is Jacob and welcome back to my YouTube channel!

In this series of videos titled "MAKING GAINS" I would like to show what goes into building muscle, naturally. These videos will serve as a fantastic point of reference for myself moving forward and I really enjoy making them too.

I am a lifetime natural lifter, having lifted for around 8 years but spent most of the past 12 months out of the gym due to personal issues. This has caused me to lose strength and size, but worst of all, confidence.

The time has come for me to get back to a weight and strength level I feel more comfortable with. Training has been a major part of my life for many years and I've come to find that it's not only important for my physical health but even more so, my mental health.

The catch is, the only way to build muscle is to put in the work and so that is what we will do! I welcome you to come along or even embark on your own fitness journey with me.
