Asserting The Role of Prayer Is the church doing enough to assert the full role of prayer? Prayer should have aspirations and not be trapped in desperation. We know that prayer is important to Christian living, but in our culture it has become somewhat popular for public features to openly reject Christian traditions. One of the ways this has been happening is by trying to portray "thoughts and prayers," as being a nice way of saying that we are doing nothing about a situation. Yet, we know that prayer is important and that we are not to live for the approval of the world. In this episode we discuss whether the church is doing enough to assert the full role of prayer. We will conclude with three tips on strengthening prayer life.
