HOW TO BRUSH TEETH WITH BRACES

This is how I brush my teeth with braces.

Use slim, soft bristle toothbrush to avoid gum bleeding. Brush the outer surfaces of the teeth and braces with circular motion. Tilt the toothbrush 45 degrees to clean the top and bottom part of the braces.
