You guys, this is the moment you've all been waiting for!!! A week from today, we're starting a brand new 100 Challenge!! I've been dying to tell you guys. Are you ready to hear what body part we'll be targeting??? It's gonna be...glutes!!!
The 100 Glute Challenge starts August 4th! I've picked 30 butt workouts that will target ALL parts of your booty! That means we're doing 100 reps of a glute move every day for 30 days!
Plus, I'll have a new guest joining me EVERY DAY and you may see some familiar faces! Let's make this EVEN BIGGER than the 100 AB Challenge. Remember, Taylor Swift did the 100 Ab Challenge - so I mean BIG, PEOPLE!
