Many more of our LARGER books might have been SOLD if church members had been awake to the importance of the truths these books contain, and had realized their responsibility to circulate them. CM 124.3

People tend to value something they invest in more then something given to them freely. We do give out some larger books judiciously if a customer cannot afford it, but it is not what we do with everyone. Some sell these books for a living working as Literature Evangelists and cannot afford to give them out freely.
