Mukna | Manipuri wrestling - an integral part of Kanglei Lai Haraoba Mukna is an indigenous sports of Manipur (erstwhile Kangleipak). It is a form of wrestling which has its own unique rules different and more tricky from the conventional wrestling as the world knows.

For thousands of years, Mukna has been an integral part of Lai Haraoba of Kangleipak and it is played on the next day of the last day of the Lai Haraoba festival.

It is followed by the rituals of Nung Langba, Shook Langba, Mangjong chongba and Thouri chingnaba which have their own significance in the history and religion of Kangleipak. Moreover they are also different forms of sports. Nung Langba resembles shot put, shook Langba resembles javelin throw, Mangjong chongba resembles long jump and Thouri chingnaba resembles tug of war
