#Ravana #StairsforHeaven हिमाचल प्रदेश को देव भूमि के नाम से भी जाना जाता है. इसलिए हिमाचल प्रदेश में कई ऐसे पवित्र स्थान है जिसमे लोगों की अटूट आस्था है. आज हम आपको ऐसे ही एक स्थान के बारे में बताने जा रहे जिसके बारे में जानकर आप हैरान हो सकते है. यह पवित्र स्थल हिमाचल प्रदेश से 70 किलोमीटर दूर सिरमौर जिले में स्थित है. बताया जाता है कि यहां के एक मंदिर में रावण ने स्वर्गलोक जाने की सीधी बनाई थी.
भगवान शिव का यह मंदिर सिरमौर जिला के मुख्यालय नाहन से 6 किलोमीटर दूर है. कहते हैं कि रामायण काल में रावण ने स्वर्गलोक जाने के लिए इन सीढ़ियों का निर्माण किया था. जब वह सीढ़ियां बना रहा था उस दौरान उसे नींद आ गयी जिस वजह से उसके अमर होने का सपना अधूरा रह गया. देहरादून, चंडीगढ़, पंजाब और हरियाणा के लोगों के लिए यह मंदिर आस्था का केंद्र है. पूरे साल यहां श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ लगी रहती है.

This temple of Lord Shiva is 6 km away from the headquarters of Sirmaur district. It is said that during the Ramayana period Ravana constructed these stairs to go to heaven. When he was making stairs, he slept in that due to which his dream of becoming immortal remained incomplete. This temple is a center of faith for the people of Dehradun, Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. There is a crowd of devotees throughout the year
