In this best abs workout for beginners sampler I demonstrate a repeatable Low-Impact Interval Training (LIIT) session for the stomach area. You know - the place where don't want that extra belly fat, or the love handles.

This is one of the key elements needed to burn belly fat and get washboard abs, while building a strong back and training the core as well - very important, btw.

You'll notice there are no fast sit-ups and no crunching machines being used. Only the body and a good mat - with a wise & unique approach to training the body.
