Effectively Rewarding Your Guys

Is there a right and wrong way to reward your crews...well I believe so.

Based on my 11 years of being a moving company owner, I do feel there is a right way, and a wrong way to reward your crews...

Rewarding crews should lead to increased production and quality of service, and the rewards should be big enough to want and work for...

Too many of you refuse to reward. And some of your rewards cheaply. And some even reward so that it's not really worth playing for.

These all ineffective. They don't invite the crew to work harder and they don't do anything to improve quality.

So how do you reward so that crews are excited to play the game and it results in better results for the company?

And that is the question I attempt to answer with this question.
