Senate Democrats call for gun legislation debate

Senate Democrats held a late night session on Tuesday to call for a debate on gun control legislation. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says Congress remains "in a holding pattern" as lawmakers await proposals from the White House. (Sept. 18)
