Checking through local listings recently (like I usually do) left me stumped... There were quite a few ads up where sellers are just blatantly misleading people, whether it is deliberate or not I can't say, but as a buyer today I present things to look out for and how you can avoid these cheesy tactics, so you don't get hosed down for your hard earned.
