Zero to Ultra - Day 041, Inclined Another leg work day, None to Run Week 6 Day 1. It's a 'BONUS' day. I am re-arranging my workout days and will offically start Week 6 on Monday. Today is just an update and a bit of talk about adding some incline to my treadmill runs to up the intensity. I have 323 days until race start. This is Day 041.
