The International Federation of Women Lawyer, FIDA, is known over the years for its advocacy role in ensuring that the rights of women and children is not infringed upon.

To this end FIDA at its Africa Regional Conference in Abuja examine the bold strides it has recorded so far in the emancipation of women and children economically, politically and socio-culturally.
