HEADS UP! If you struggle with becoming hyper-focused with calorie counting and over exercising I recommend you approach this video with a different set of eyes. It goes to shows that cardio equipment and fitness trackers are never that accurate and kinda just give you an idea that you are moving more/less higher or lower heart rate. Fitness for you should be moving every day in a way that brings you joy!
