I tested whats the BEST most EFFECTIVE CALORIE BURNING 20 minute workout EVER! I tested the most common workouts including HIIT, yoga, treadmill, elliptical, bike, stair master, rower, weight lifting, circuit training and found which would burn the most calories. The idea is for those busy moms, workaholics, etc that don't have an hour to workout everday. Ideally, we all had this time, and this may in reality not be "ideal" but burning a few extra calories in a day for a lot of people can help them lots! So if you current goal is weight loss so you can be the healthiest version of yourself I hope this helps! Enjoy this little calories challenge I did!

HEADS UP! If you struggle with becoming hyper-focused with calorie counting and over exercising I recommend you approach this video with a different set of eyes. It goes to shows that cardio equipment and fitness trackers are never that accurate and kinda just give you an idea that you are moving more/less higher or lower heart rate. Fitness for you should be moving every day in a way that brings you joy!
