📝 dear, dearest, to, from the past

i. the book convention
the fresh scent of coffee filled the air. i remember chillaxing, listening to music, drinking caramello while reading a newly-bought astrology book, and thinking to myself, “this is the life.”
during the weekdays i was in a really bad mood because of *cough* personal problems *cough cOuGh* i remember thinking about giving up with my study schedule and keeping my scores above 90. not to mention i felt really sick and my stomach kept hurting whenever i went back from school. however, at the coffee place, i felt these problems...drift away. not just the feeling, i mean, they really did drift away. i got my motivation back, my stomach feels fine to this day, and i am a lot happier, simply because i walked in and out of a random coffee shop near the book convention.

ii. akira
haha, i remember how awkward the situation was. kezia, steph, and i kept looking at our phones, then akira, then our phones again. after a few minutes, we gave up and video called eva, the bridge between the two awkward, tense rocks sititng across each other in the ocean. eva, oh boy, what an ice-breaker you are. let’s just say after eva called, a few hours later, we were laughing our heads off at starbucks because dixon (??) disappeared (??) and got snapped by thanos (?!?!?)

iii. catching up
just me using up that little surge of motivation to finish all my (OVERDUE) tasks.
