Russian President Vladimir Putin is arriving at the Qasr Al Vatan Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, October 15, for an official welcome ceremony and a meeting of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Muhammad Al Nahyan. Putin’s last state visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) took place 12 years ago, representing the first visit of Russian leader since diplomatic relations were established in 1971.
