2019 Pre Rut Hunting Action and Strategies

Depending on what state you live in, in early November the timing of the 2019 pre rut is either just past or about to begin. The annual whitetail starts with a lot more rutting activity in the form of sign, chasing and scrapes, than actual breeding. However, that will all change within 10 days after Halloween no matter where you live, and the 2019 whitetail rut is no exception.
