In this video, I talk about a pretty interesting topic: whether or not optimal keybinds are worth switching to in Fortnite Battle Royale. Now, by optimal keybinds, I am talking specifically about your keyboard and mouse building and editing keybinds that I covered in a previous video called, "Best New Keybinds Every Pro Is Switching To!" That video blew up and tons of people began to change their keybinds to better ones, or at least start to question if optimal keybinds are overrated are not. Many top tier pros like SEN Bugha, NRG MrSavage, Liquid STRETCH, and Ghost Thwifo, have unoptimal keybinds. Bugha has all of his keybinds on his index finger, MrSavage does the same except his are insanely far away from WASD, and both stretched and Thwifo use default keybinds. The crazy part is though, that all of them are among the best builders and players in the world, so that got me thinking. If those players are so good on their current keybinds, then are optimal keybinds really as important for fast building and editing as we thought? I dive into both sides of the discussion, and finish with my tips and tricks on whether you should change your settings and keybinds as well.
