What happens when you call 911? How is the information that you provide to our Telecommunicators sent out to EPD officers? How long does that process take? What can make this process easier? We are starting a video series called EPD Informs, that will give our community an inside look at how we work together, with you, to ensure we are providing Elgin with the best public safety response possible.
