The Question Asked Was: "Our IEP was 60 days ago (almost). A full evaluation was supposed to have happened. Our 60 day IEP is 11/19 & I’m just being told today the psychologist has pneumonia & can’t complete evaluation by then. They had 60 days! So they want to start IEP & reconvene when assessment is completed. Is this legal? What should I do?"
