HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR ENTIRE LIFE IN JUST ONE DAY ||| THE TEAM3DALPHA DAILY ROUTINE !!! The Team3Dalpha Daily routine template is designed to fight off depression, keep you focused, motivated, and reignite your inner beast. Its purpose is to optimize the 5 most important areas of your life (motivation, money, muscle, mind, mood), while simultaneously optimizing your mental health through the manipulation of your key neurotransmitters. It helped me overcome the toughest and most brutal moments of my life, and is 100% responsible for who I am today. Life changes begin with the realization that no one is gonna save you, but YOU. So get to work.

Team3DAlpha Daily Routine Template:
(feel free to customize it according to your goals)

1) Motivation: 5 things that will maximize your motivation (dopamine)
-gratitude list
-meditation
-visualization
-stimulant (coffee etc)
-music (your best playlist)

2) Muscle: 5 things that will maximize your physique (endorphins, dopamine, serotonin)
-gym
-diet (ie: hitting your macros, planning your meals etc)
-cardio (HIIT or LISS, get some sunlight)
-water (ie: drink a gallon)
-read 1 article or study about strength training or fat loss

3) Money: 5 things that will maximize your finances (serotonin)
-stocks/investments (learn 1 concept a day, trade etc)
-entrepreneurship (brainstorm new biz ideas, manage current biz etc)
-budget (track/plan your expenses etc)
-work/career (do or learn 1 thing that'll further your career)
-business (learn 1 new economic or business related concept a day)

4) Mind: 5 things that will maximize your intellect & skills (serotonin, dopamine)
-Biography (study 1 successful person)
-psychology (learn 1 new concept about the brain)
-chess (play 1 quick game)
-history (learn 1 new historical fact)
-book (read at least 1-4 pages of your book of the month)

5) Mood: 5 things that will maximize your mental health & happiness (oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins, dopamine)
-games (reward yourself, video games, board games etc)
-movie or tv show (watch at least 1 episode of ur fav show)
-family & friends (call or check on a friend or family member, spend time)
-charity (do at least 1 good deed)
-music (play your favorite relaxation playlist)


Once you create your checklist (use apps like onenote, trello, kanbanflow etc), STICK to it and follow it every single day, except weekends (to reset and relax). Aim for 100% completion rate each day. Update it as your goals change. Hope this helps. Dominate, brothers.
