[LAW SCHOOL PHILIPPINES] How to Spot Issues in Law School Problems, Bar Exams and Recitations

Napakarami ng mga law students ang nahihirapan, nasasaktan at nababaon sa lungkot sa tuwing bumabalik ang exam booklets at kadalasan, wala ring pasabi, paliwanag at wala tayong maisip na dahilan kung bakit two lang out of five, or eight lang out of ten.

Half of law school in the Philippines is writing down the right words, in the right order and in the prettiest way possible. The other half is putting in the time, the energy and the attention, to make the first half possible – especially when no one is around.

Today, we’re going to work on the first half. Today, I’ll be showing you how to spot issues when it comes to law school exams, bar exam problems and even during recitation. I’ll be showing you the exact steps of spotting issues because we can only be truly responsive if and only when we know the issues. I’ll be showing you how to identify the correct issues in every problem, with examples until the very end.
