Sorry for the bad video quality but I just wanted to post this really quick. I have been going back and forth to the Apple Store multiple time to resolve a recurring glitch that I was having with my IPhone 7+. Today I was at my last straw and just wanted to start from scratch with a new device. I was meet with no understanding to my frustration from the manager who refused to replace the malfunctioning device. He mad me feel like the issues I was dealing with were not important and not concerning. The manager, while holding and acknowledging that device was malfunctioning continued to brush me off saying Its a different issue than I was previously experiencing. I feel pushed off and I was to be sent home with an iPhone that wasn’t working satisfactory. After firmly expressing my concerns are repeatedly requesting a replacement and being brought to Tears he then consulted with another Apple employee to try resolving the issue. This did not have to go this far. Apple need to work with their team on customer support and courtesy. I did get my phone replaced in the end.
