Ultimecia is instrumental here in killing the ghost before it can resummon it's adds. You have to use one of her skills to get the maleficium boost and once more time before killing the two adds so that her EX is charged before you kill the adds.
Burn through her skills on the first boss so that her EX is charged each time her turn comes.
The first wave requires some soft resetting. You have to eat a 10k hp attack from the boss (unless you get lucky and he misses). If he targets Ultimecia he will ohko her. Lilisette can easily tank the hit since she is synergy. WoL can tank it also with full hp passives and leviathan hp boost passive.
You need to aim to have Ultimecia use her EX 3 times on the boss to be able to kill it off. If you get unlucky and can only EX twice you have to soft reset.
On the second wave it's more an endurance fight. Each time Ultimecia used her EX I used one free skill, one protean sword and one hp++. This way you get to somewhat conserve her skills but her ex still recharges relatively quickly.
Near the end swap Ultimecia for Sherlotta and use light of the crystal, EX then summon and use her S2. Use lilisette to battery so that Sherlotta can maximize her damage on S2.
