Do the very best trades work rightaway? What trades pay the most? What is the real answer to this? It depends on what you're trading but bear with me on this because that's not the total answer; we can add something to this to give ourselves a little extra edge.
The scenarios are this. You have a trade, it comes down, you get your entry and you're in the trade and three things can happen 1) it goes in your direction straightaway 2) it stops you out immediately 3) it sits there hovering at the entry level which can be frustrating.
When you take a trade it is going to depend very much on the type of trade you are taking. If you're trading for a certain type of play; say you think its exhaustion... I like to look at the price action, looking at price levels and trying to decipher what's happening.
