In the latest on the Hyderabad encounter case, the Supreme Court has said that a retired judge would be appointed to enquire into the recent killing of the four accused in the alleged rape andmurder of the Hyderabad veterinarian. Chief Justice of India SA Bobde said would pass an order tomorrow to appoint an investigative judge who would from Delhi.
The Telangana High court is already looking into the issue and the Supreme Court would be appointing a retired judge to look into the PIL filed against the Telangana police for the killing of the four rape convicts. The Supreme Court bench has now posted the PILs.
