Manish Tewari opposes CAB; says 'this bill is a violation of the basic structure of Constitution'

Congress leader Manish Tewari opposed the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha. He said India faced partition because of those who advocated and supported two-nation theory and [VD] Savarkar was the first to propose this theory. Equals cannot be treated as unequal. When a person comes to India, he is a refugee. You can't look at his religion.
