More on white fibers that appear to move

More on the moving white fibers found on my green beans. Why are they less active when I put them in enclosed environment? And it's obvious these types of movements are not related to wind or environmental source. The fiber seems to be stimulated by direct light and some sort of change in atmosphere or oxygen. ?? I don't know
