This was the conclusive road trip to the end of a beautiful time in Glacier National Park. All five of us decided going to Alaska was the direction we wanted to go- or in other words " it came to us in a vision." During this time we travelled through Canada, saw the Aurora Boreales under the night sky at a small camp somewhere in Canada. We met a lot of strangers along the way in this journey. As you can imagine, most of our time was spent in the car. It was honestly my favorite memories- eating delicious pickles, sleeping in walmart parking lots or just singing very loudly to each other. We took turns driving in shifts. Everyone had their thing that they were good at. Cassie was always looking up the restaurants, ratings for things and making sure we were picking the best possible choice. Emma navigated the posts once we got to Alaska due to the only service we got was gas every couple of hundred miles. Emily M, was best at driving in the mornings and used her car for this insane journey. Emily D, was the best hype woman- she always kept us in good spirits- ALWAYS. And myself- well I drove my car night shift. I still miss those quiet nights- I also did my very best to capture these moments when I thought about it. This by no means incapsulates the whole trip. Some moments simply have lived and died in the past. But what is so beautiful are those random days a memory floods me and I can never help but to just cry. Because these memories- made us.
