Over-The-Counter Drugs: The Misuse of DXM The misuse of Dextromethorphan (DXM) is common among teenagers and young adults. It is a common substance found in cough and cold over-the-counter medications such as Nyquil and Tylenol Cough & Cold. This video was created as an effort to increase awareness of the risks involved with misusing DXM.
