Primary Goal To Step 1: Get More Clicks

First slide speaks about the anatomy of the buyer lead ad. This ad will outline the basics and fundamentals needed to generate qualified and motivated buyers as a real estate agent. I’m a big preacher and advocate of understanding advertising as a science and not luck created by money miracles.

Primary Goal To Step 2: Convert Clicks Into Leads

The second slide speaks about the next step once the visitor has clicked on your ad. The landing page is clean, to the point & speaks to the irresistible offer where the visitor will exchange their contact details for your shareable value content (e-book, whitepaper, video etc)

We only want to focus on converting those clicks into leads, which is why the design is minimal with minor distractions.

Overall Goal - Step 3: Building Database

I’m a huge advocate for building your database because that will be your true testament of creating leverage. The more ideal prospects you have in your database, the higher propensity you have of closing more deals and obtaining referrals whilst maintaining an upper echelon positioning as the expert in your field.
