In late 1979, HBO aired a series of specials focusing on a different decade of the 20th century so far, leading up to a look back at the 1970s as that decade ended, all hosted by Dick Cavett. This edition takes a look at the decade of speakeasies, monkeys, the golden age of aviation, the dawn of broadcast media, flappers, and hot jazz: the 1920s. Also includes promos for "The Magic of Lassie", and "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" along with part of the intro for Richard Pryor In Concert as a "bonus".
