Wampler The Doctor Delay - slight noise issue

1999 American Standard Telecaster, Wampler The Doctor Lo-Fi Delay, 80s JCM800. The Doctor has a little bit of a noise issue, almost like a putting sound. It's not overbearing, but it's definitely there. Otherwise, everything works. Putting it up for sale on Reverb.
