This was filmed back in october 2018 during a great season for persimmons and an exceptionally hot autumn here in Italy. We are very lucky to have over 4 trees in the garden that produce more than enough fruits for us and the local widlife. We grow everything organically and in harmony with nature. This harvest was huge and we has masses of ripe persimmons everywhere! I was eating up to 20 fruits a day, there is nothing more rewarding than eating from the tree fruit that you have grown!
In this video i'll be talking about vanilla persimmons in particular, showing you the difference between a ripe and non ripe and how to spot the best one.
