I meditated for a month - and here's how my brain changed I meditated for a month, and here's what happened. I have anxiety and depression, and I'm trying new things to help my brain and body feel better. For a long time, many people (including my therapist!) have suggested I trying meditation for my mental health. I don't know why it took my this long to really try it out, but I'm SO glad I finally did!
