If you say the Tuesday night back and forth on Nextdoor, you had a good laugh like I did. The word peace was used 4 times, clear and clarification 10 times, and my favorite, beautiful was used 3 times. Ambiguity or a derivative was used 6 times.
As the Judge said in the Court Order, , there is no ambiguity. The C&Rs are clear as a bell. Only people that want to obfuscate and confuse others (gaslight) say there is confusion.
Focus on the crux of the situation:
1. The Perrymons Lost The Lawsuit, had already moved the RV, were told to move the boat, and must pay approximately $30,000 in his and my legal fees.
2. I have set a deadline of January 15, 2020 for the very few homeowners that still have boats, rvs and trailers in public view to move them or be sued.
3. You are a very foolish person if you think the judge misunderstood the argument and that I will not win a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or more judgement.
4. You are the minority. Drive through and count the RVs, Boats, and Trailers. It's a very small number and getting smaller. Do you think others own them too, but store them off site? I do. Others do, too. But we read and observed the Covenants and Restrictions.
