Philippines temporarily halts visas upon arrival for Chinese nationals | Top Story

The Philippines' Bureau of Immigration (BI) temporarily stops issuing visas upon arrival to Chinese nationals following the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak.
BI spokesperson Dana Sandoval says the move will affect around 5-percent of total arrivals of Chinese nationals.
