She made an EXCELLENT Poke Bowl! ( San Diego Food Tour ). This is part four of our San Diego food tour series and in this video we visit “Poke 123 USA.” Located on the beautiful Coronado Island, this shop serves fast, fresh, healthy and delicious Poke bowls. We are greeted by manager Ruthie and she masterfully prepares a couple large sized poke bowls. Her poke bowl making skills are superb as well as her knowledge of the ingredients. This shop also serves a variety of boba drinks which we had the pleasure of trying. Big thanks to owner Kevin for the invite and to Ruthie for preparing those excellent poke bowls.
